Move Forward Ideathon

60 of our corporate and retail people from all over the world were divided into six groups of ten to develop project proposals, focusing on specific topics revolving around the four pillars of our sustainability plan, the Forward Agenda. The day was structured in different working phases following a design thinking process, which centers on the social, emotional, and physical needs of the customer to generate new ideas and solutions quickly and effectively. During the event, four motivational guest speakers engaged with the participants and inspired them during the ideation process. At the end of the day, the six groups presented their projects to a jury. The members of the winning team received a pair of YATAY Model 1B, our first sustainable bio-based sneakers, as well as the opportunity to live an exclusive experience with Golden’s CEO the following day, consisting of a special half-day tour around Milan visiting unique places linked to sustainability.
