Inclusion has always been at the heart of our culture, which encourages and celebrates both individual and group achievements. Our goal is to enable everyone to fully express their true selves, promoting inclusion while embracing all differences in gender, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, religion or belief, disability, age, culture, social or economic status, background, and/or personal or political opinion. We aim at Inspiring everyone to be a Star, creating a company environment where each person feels respected, included, and empowered.
As part of our diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, we implement a set of measures to promote equal opportunities for all, focusing not just on policies but also on a journey of cultural awareness, actively listening and giving voice to everyone within our Family.
PRESENCE
Our Initiatives
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which are growing at local and regional levels, are made up of our so-called Inclusion Makers, bringing together people from across the Company to exchange ideas and lead initiatives that promote inclusivity. Their focus is on making all our people feel valued, respected, and included, regardless of individual characteristics.
We are certified according to the Gender Equality European & International Standard (GEEIS) in all the Regions where we operate. GEEIS examines gender balance across different aspects: from strategy to monitoring, from training to career advancement, from remuneration to work-life balance.
AWARENESS
Our Initiatives
We collaborate with renowned entities to provide our C-level executives with the latest DEI tools to better understand and navigate the social and cultural changes shaping today’s society. We engage our managers in a dedicated program to raise their awareness of trust-based, inclusive communication, so as to foster a psychologically safer environment. We provide unconscious bias training to our entire global workforce, with a strong emphasis on building a supportive and diverse workplace. Our employees also participate regularly in specific training on the prevention of workplace harassment, in line with local regulations and our ethical responsibility.
PARTNERSHIPS
Golden Goose is a proud member of Valore D, the first corporate association committed to promoting gender balance and an inclusive culture as drivers for business and social growth. The association brings together a network of 350 companies. This partnership grants Golden access to diversity and inclusion awareness training courses and workshops, enabling us to share best practices with other member companies.
VOICE
Our Initiatives
We conduct an Inclusion Survey to assess and benchmark our people’s level of engagement with our corporate culture and with inclusion topics. The survey, delivered to the entire workforce, is completely anonymous and untraceable. Its aim is to listen to what our people have to say and gather their views in terms of: Engagement, Belonging, Commitment to DEI Culture, Equity, Opportunity, and Voice.
Our global Raise Your Voice program was created to provide our people with a space to share their opinions and drive Co-Creation initiatives that foster inclusion, promote a 'speak up' attitude, encourage individuality, strengthen the sense of belonging, and preserve authenticity.
Whistleblowing System: a safe and secure channel through which, in accordance with our Code of Ethics, anyone can report potential misconduct, unethical or inappropriate behavior, and/or wrongdoing that occurs within the Company – such as financial fraud, workplace harassment, or even environmental violations. The process is regulated by our Whistleblowing Policy, available in all our main languages. It defines the channels and procedures for reporting misconduct, as well as the roles, duties, and responsibilities of the parties involved.
Listening Center: a service that gives our people in EMEA the opportunity to speak with a specialist who can help them analyze situations of difficulty or distress and identify ways to either prevent or manage them. We also offer a free and confidential service in the USA and Korea, providing employees with quick online or phone support to help them address day-to-day issues, improve work-life balance, and enhance overall well-being.
EQUITY
We promote inclusion by embracing all differences in gender, gender identity and/or expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, religion or belief, disability, age, culture, social or economic status, background, and personal or political opinion. Respect for diversity and equal opportunities and the prevention of all types of discrimination are principles that we are committed to ensure at all stages of employment, from the recruitment process to the definition of remuneration, up to opportunities for professional growth, through to the termination of the employment relationship.
As for remuneration, we have implemented an internal program aimed at increasing our understanding and awareness of gender equality, covering all our people worldwide in various professional roles, with the aim of identifying any deviations and addressing them accordingly. In 2025, the analysis showed a women-to-men ratio of 94% for basic salary and 95% for total remuneration (including variable compensation).
Given the importance of ensuring equal opportunities for all our employees worldwide and fostering a culture of inclusion, we created a new, dedicated division headed by the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Lead.We also established an internal Inclusion & Belonging Committee, dedicated to promoting and overseeing our diversity and inclusion strategy while assessing and monitoring relevant achievements and priorities.Additionally, we set up an international group of internal DEI Ambassadors to promote dialogue and awareness around these topics across all our business functions and Regions of operation.
