Our origins, our way of doing things, and the experiences gathered by engaging with our communities are the inspiration behind our sustainability plan – the Forward Agenda. It’s a reflection of our sustainability vision, and a means to share our values and strategy with the world as we tackle some of its most pressing challenges, moving forward towards positive change.
The Forward Agenda focuses on four main drivers: We Innovate (embracing new technologies), We Craft (celebrating traditional craftsmanship), We Care (placing people and planet at the center of everything), and We Share (engaging and giving back to our communities). It also takes into account the priorities – known as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – set out in the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, thus contributing to their achievement.

Having met most of the targets of our first Sustainability Plan, the Forward Agenda , we are now defining the path for our next chapter (2026–2030). We will continue to shape our sustainability journey and look forward to sharing it with you shortly.
