Forward Store opening in Milan
The store offers four categories of services – Repair, Remake, Resell, and Recycle – that allow customers to personalize, repair, and recycle their items of any brand, giving them new life while reducing waste and minimizing their impact on the planet. The Sartoria and Calzoleria services (for apparel and shoes, respectively) include cleaning and sanitizing, repairs, replacements, restorations, and refurbishments. The store also offers a made-to-measure service for suits and a bespoke program for sneakers, which allow customers to create their own unique pieces. In addition to serving as a physical reselling platform for select pre-owned Golden Goose items, the store features two recycling baskets that visitors can use to dispose of any clothing or footwear they no longer use.
