What made you fall in love with Golden Goose?

I’ve always been impressed by Golden’s disruptive approach to business and marketing, but what truly drew me to the brand is its culture. As the saying goes, “culture eats strategy for breakfast” — and Golden puts culture at the heart of its strategy.

If you had to describe yourself in three words, which would you choose - and why?

Kind, open and present. Those are also the principles that guide how I am trying to live my life and impact the people around me. Be kind: it costs nothing, yet it can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day or life. Be open: to opportunities, new ideas, and perspectives different from your own. Be present: show up fully, give your best, and make every interaction count.

What upcoming challenges or ambitions at Golden excite you the most right now?

Driving customer acquisition remains my top priority to sustain growth, and I’m inspired by Golden’s evolution into a Brand where experience becomes creation and stores become collaborative spaces for community and self-expression.
