What made you fall in love with Golden Goose?

Golden Goose is like a family to me, where I feel safe and welcomed, where I have the opportunity to grow and express who I am. The first time I walked in here, I felt at home. This is what made me immediately fall in love with Golden.

A book, a song, a place, that best describes you and why?

“Start with Why” by Simon Sinek. I believe in the power of helping people to find their own meaning and purpose and bring it to life. It’s a powerful read, yet simple and practical.

Your role in fostering a people-centric culture in Golden Goose?

I always try to put myself into our people’ shoes (which make much sense at Golden!) taking into consideration everyone's needs in an inclusive, holistic, and comprehensive way.I avoid ‘one size fits all’ solutions and I always involve my team and peers when making important decisions.
