2021

Establishment of the Sustainability Department. 1^st Sustainability Report on voluntary basis. 1^st sustainability plan, the Forward Agenda. BREEAM certification of the new headquarters in Milan (Italy). 1^st Code of Ethics.

2022

Opening of the first Forward Store in Milan (Italy). Launch of the Yatay Model 1B, our first bio-based sneaker. Italian HQs certified to ISO 45001 for health and safety at work. Membership in the UN Global Compact, Valore D, and Leather Working Group.

2023

Adoption of ESG-related policies. Launch of the Yatay Lab for circular innovation. Golden’s decarbonization targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
